Andrew Scott is the Managing Director of Acquisitions and has been with the firm since inception. Prior to joining the Firm in 1996, Andrew was a partner at Madison Residential Group, a developer of institutional-quality multifamily assets, where he was responsible for project development, including market and financial feasibility, product/floor plan design, pro forma projections and project management, financing of debt and equity, asset management and dispositions. Prior to Madison Residential, Andrew was a Senior Real Estate Consultant for E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group. Andrew began his real estate career as an Analyst for The Weitzman Group in Austin, Texas. Andrew received an M.B.A in Finance and Real Estate, and a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.

MANAGING DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITIONS
R.D. Khoury is a Managing Director of Acquisitions and has been with the firm for 7 years. Prior to joining the Firm in 2013, R.D. was an analyst at Harwood International in the Capital Markets group where he was responsible for the capital stack for multiple development projects, financial modeling, pro forma projections, project management, and conducting feasibility market studies. Prior to Harwood International, R.D. was a Corporate Financial Analyst for Hunt Oil, where he performed corporate valuations on competing oil companies. R.D. received a B.B.A., with honors, in Finance and an emphasis in Real Estate and Energy from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business.

Brad Moynihan is a Director of Acquisitions and has been with the firm for 5 years. Prior to joining the Firm in 2015, Brad worked for GE Capital Real Estate where he held many roles, including equity and debt originations, acquisitions, asset management, and strategic marketing. Prior to GE Capital Real Estate, he completed two of GE’s corporate leadership development programs (Corporate Audit Staff and Financial Management Program). Brad is a CCIM designee and is a graduate of TREC’s Associate Leadership Council. He received an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and a B.B.A from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business.

Brendan Orient is a Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management and has been with the firm for over 7 years. Prior to joining the Firm in 2013, Brendan was the Project Coordinator and Analyst at The H. J. Heinz Company where he evaluated existing products for cost savings and led a cross functional team aimed towards improving savings, sales, process speed, data integrity and consistency. Brendan received a B.B.A., with honors, in Finance and a minor in Economics from West Virginia University’s College of Business.

Keller Reese is a Director of Acquisitions and Investor Relations. He has been with the firm for 6 years. He previously worked in Asset Management with the Firm for four years. Prior to joining the Firm in 2014, Keller held a number of different positions, including working as an analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and an investment analyst at HBK Capital Management. Keller received a B.B.A in Finance from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business.

Connor Osburn is a Director of Acquisitions and has been with the firm since 2019. Prior to joining the Phoenix, Connor was an Acquisitions Manager for Jefferson Apartment Group, a full-service multifamily investment and development company with headquarters in Washington, DC, where he identified, capitalized and closed investment opportunities along the east coast. Prior to joining JAG, Connor worked as an Analyst at 29th Street Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm based in Chicago, IL, where he evaluated multifamily investment opportunities across the country. Connor received a B.B.A. in Finance and a minor in Physics from Abilene Christian University.

Stephanie Wallace is an Acquisitions Analyst. Prior to joining the Firm in 2015, Stephanie served as a summer investment analyst at NorthMarq Capital, where she was responsible for comprising loan and equity packages as well as underwriting and project analysis for multifamily, office, and hotel projects. Stephanie received a B.B.A, Dean’s scholar, in Finance and Entrepreneurship, from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business.
