Andrew Scott serves as Managing Director of Acquisitions and is a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Scott is responsible for seeking out new investment opportunities with experienced real estate sponsors, project analysis and underwriting, partnership negotiations and new investment closings. Mr. Scott has been with the firm since its founding in 1996.
Prior to joining Phoenix Capital Partners, Mr. Scott was a partner at Madison Residential Group, a developer of institutional quality multi- family assets, where he was responsible for project development, including market and financial feasibility, product/floor plan design, pro forma projections, project management, financing of debt and equity, asset management and disposition. Prior to Madison Residential, Mr. Scott was a Senior Real Estate Consultant for E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group. Mr. Scott began his Real Estate career as an analyst for the Weitzman Group/Cencor Realty Services in Austin.
Mr. Scott earned a Masters of Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
In loving memory of John L’Huillier. John passed away in May 2016, after a long, courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was instrumental to the formation and continued success of Phoenix Capital Partners. John had a long successful career in commercial real estate where he developed countless friendships along the way. His love of life and passion for his work were spread to everyone he met, always living every day to the fullest. John will truly be missed and will remain in our hearts forever.
Brad Moynihan serves as a Senior Acquisitions Officer for Phoenix Capital Partners. He is responsible for identifying new investment opportunities with experienced real estate developers and sponsors, project analysis and underwriting, partnership negotiations and new investment closings.
Prior to joining Phoenix Capital, Mr. Moynihan worked for GE Capital Real Estate where he held roles across various functions, including equity and debt originations, acquisitions, asset management, and strategic marketing.Prior to his time at GE Capital Real Estate, he completed two of GE’s corporate leadership development programs (Corporate Audit Staff and Financial Management Program).
Mr. Moynihan earned a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. He is also a CCIM designee and is a graduate of TREC’s Associate Leadership Council.
RD Khoury serves as an Acquisitions Officer for Phoenix Capital Partners. Mr. Khoury is responsible for seeking out new investment opportunities with experienced real estate sponsors, project analysis and underwriting, partnership negotiations and new investment closings. Mr. Khoury joined the firm in 2013.
Prior to joining Phoenix Capital Partners, Mr. Khoury was an analyst at Harwood International in the Capital Markets group. His main responsibilities included sourcing the capital stack for multiple development projects, financial modeling, pro forma projections, project management, and conducting feasibility market studies. Prior to Harwood International, Mr. Khoury was a Corporate Financial Analyst for Hunt Oil, where he performed corporate valuations on competing oil companies.
Mr. Khoury graduated with honors from Texas Christian University and holds a BBA in Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate and Energy. He also holds his Texas Real Estate License.
Prior to joining Phoenix Capital Partners, Mrs. Wallace served as a summer investment analyst at Northmarq Capital, where she was responsible for comprising loan and equity packages, including underwriting and project analysis for multiple multifamily, office, and hotel deals. Mrs. Wallace graduated from Baylor University as a Dean’s Scholar receiving a BBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
