Sara Vilutis serves as Director of Asset Management for Phoenix Capital Partners, Ltd. and is responsible for the oversight of Phoenix’s$2B portfolio of investments consisting of multifamily, industrial, master-planned communities, student housing, senior housing, and retail. She works with the firm’s operating partners to drive investment strategy, value creation and outperformance through direct oversight of property operations, leasing and capital deployment. By measuring and monitoring asset performance against a variety of benchmarks including; client objectives, pro-forma metrics, budget and market comparables, she determines asset based growth strategies and recommendations. She is also responsible for coordinating acquisition due diligence, building strategic financial models for valuations, hold/sell analyses, financing and disposition strategies as well as making Investor and Project Cash Flow distributions. Ms. Vilutis joined Phoenix Capital Partners in 2010.
Ms. Vilutis graduated with honors from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. Sara is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and Women in Asset Management (WAM).
Ron Crowell is Phoenix Capital’s Director of Construction Management. An experienced construction engineer and real estate developer, Mr. Crowell conducts on-site engineering and quality-control assessments for all of the firm’s acquisitions. Mr. Crowell also oversees the vertical construction of investments as they progress through construction to ensure the highest quality of development is achieved and help address problems that arise throughout the construction process.
Mr. Crowell has extensive experience in a wide range of skill sets, including engineering, construction, and the technical knowledge and management skills associated with new development projects. Mr. Crowell works with Phoenix Capital’s operating partners and their on-site project managers to optimize Phoenix Capital’s results for each project.
Mr. Crowell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech University. He is a Professional Engineer and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas.
Brendan Orient serves as an asset manager for Phoenix Capital Partners. Mr. Orient is responsible for the oversight and financial analysis of a portfolio of multifamily, land, and industrial assets located nationwide, working with the firm’s operating partners as the investments progress from development or acquisition through realization to ensure investment performance is being optimized which includes various functions depending on the specific investment.
Mr. Orient joined Phoenix Capital in June of 2013. Prior to joining Phoenix, Brendan previously held Project Coordinator and Analyst positions within HJ Heinz. At HJ Heinz, Brendan evaluated existing products for cost savings, and led a cross functional team aimed towards improving savings, sales, process speed, data integrity and consistency.
Mr. Orient graduated from West Virginia University with honors in Finance and a Minor in Economics.
Keller Reese serves as an asset manager for Phoenix Capital Partners, Ltd. Mr. Reese is responsible for the oversight and financial analysis of a portfolio of multifamily, land, and industrial assets located nationwide, working with the firm’s operating partners as the investments progress from development or acquisition through realization to ensure investment performance is being optimized, which includes various functions depending on the nature of the investment.
Mr. Reese also works extensively within the Capital Markets & Investor Relations department at Phoenix Capital Partners. His responsibilities include involvement in the management and execution of all Fund marketing and client communication.
Mr. Reese joined Phoenix Capital in July of 2014. Prior to joining Phoenix, He held a number of different internships over his collegiate career. He served as a summer analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Fort Worth as well as a summer investment analyst at HBK Capital Management, a leading multi-strategy hedge fund in Dallas.
Mr. Reese graduated from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University with a BBA in Finance, and also played Football for the Bears.
